from Rain & storms to sunshine & rainbows


Okay.. let's be honest, there was no sunshine or rainbows in this session.. BUT!! Kennedy was just the ray of light! Kennedy and I got together in hopes to take some dramatic rainy portraits on what should've been a rainy afternoon in Wichita, KS! However, as all locals know.. Kansas weather is extrememly unpredictable. As soon as we arrived at the park the dark stormy skies started to give way to an overcast. We were a little sad at first, but we made the best of it! She looked absolutely stunning in her white dress with white cowgirl boots and an adorable white bow in her hair. If you've been following me for a while now, you should know that I am a sucker for florals and I had just picked up some simple baby's breath along with some eucalyptus stems to create a dreamy bouquete with a pop of green. I think everything just came together so perfectly!! While we didn't get the rainy portraits we were hoping to.. these are some of my absolute favorite senior pictures I've done to date!
